To drop off donations, please pull up to the white overhead doors off the alley.

If the doors are closed, please honk or knock and we will open them.

Hygiene Items

The homeless don’t always have a place to store their stuff, so before you donate that large container of shampoo, think “hotel-sized” bottles of shampoo, lotion, etc.

We cannot accept expired cans or cans within 60 days of expiration. “Pop-top” cans are greatly preferred. (No glass please!)

We cannot accept any children’s clothing, dresses, dressy clothing, or dress shoes.  Please only donate clothing with functioning zippers/buttons and items that are free of major rips or tears.

  • Half Gallon or Full Gallon Plastic Jugs (from juice, water, etc) (no milk or dairy bottles please)
  • 1-Liter or 2-Liter Plastic Bottles (no small bottles, please)

  • Candles (No Glass Please!)

The items you share make everything possible.

Giving the BasicsTM has generously donated many toiletry items to the homeless, including toilet paper and razors.
